[KCDXC] meeting one more time

OK here goes me being a big "B" on this subject. But do the meetings always have to be located in Johnson county? Do they not have there own radio club? I think they do. Like I said if the club is named the Kansas City DX club then why are not the meetings in Kansas City? Even for me to drive down on Truman Rd would be a drive, Let's get a map,get a average of who all is coming from what location and center it, and then find places in your center point. This shouldn't be a big deal gentlemen.

I think there are several Clover Leaf Buildings on southeast corner of SM
Parkway and Metcalf---IF by chance I’m correct, which building is the
meeting???
 
Also
don’t forget the convention committee meeting Thursday at Perkins in Olathe. 
Everyone welcome---the more the better.  Going to put this on the reflector

OK Folks:
In the interest of continuity lets take Bill up on his offer & have the meeting on Monday Jan. 25th at the Clover Leaf Office Park.  I will ask Jim (AC0KN) to cancel the Library for Jan 27th.  Unless anyone has a better idea, Mike (AB0X) will put this in the newsletter & Bill (K0VBU) will put it up on the website.  We can discuss other sites at the meeting.

As a tenant, I have a conference room available at no charge here at the Cloverleaf Office Park, 65th and Metcalf. It holds 30+ for meetings, has a screen and a white board as well as wired/wireless internet access.

It is available on Monday, 1/25, and we could try it out this month if you like, and see if we might want to continue using it. Its pretty centrally located....Shawnee Mission Parkway and Metcalf.

I went ahead and reserved it for that date, but that can be cancelled, of course.

We may want to give it a try and see if we like it as a group....and it would keep us on our regular "Monday" schedule..much better than skipping around throughout the week.

Let me know what you think.

Regarding the January KCDXC meeting.   While investigating alternate meeting sites Jim (AC0KN) went ahead & booked the Antioch Branch Library for Wed. Jan 27th. 6 PM
