I'm surprised you even found that article, by the way K9YA is a wonderful
FREE newsletter typically focused towards CW but they run a lot of
interesting articles.

Still have the card and I still QSL 100% for all methods, LOTW, eQSL and
SASE   (although I will not QSL without SASE, because I never ask for a card
but if I should it will be with an SASE
for a dx_expedition its always with extra green stamps to help the cost
involved)

If you're bored and have a story to tell, please consider sending a story of
