[KCDXC] KCDXC Club meeting Tuesday, March 31

 KCDXC will have regular club meeting on Tuesday, March 31 at the JoCo Library 6.30-8.30. Perkins Pie after the meeting!
 I will send updated info for the meeting room tomorrow.

Meeting agenda:

 Jeff, AC0C will do presentation on legal limit SB200 modifications with Russians GI7B tubes. will be interesting presentation!

 We will have a discussion on proposed Constitution and will vote for it mid April. We suppose to do that last meeting, but had technical delay.

 Need to look into club officers elections. 
 Mike, would like to do newsletter only. I have asked Jeff, AC0C to accept nomination for the treasury and Jeff has accepted. Will vote for this nomination. Jeff did a good job at finance committee and has experience with non-profit as a treasurer.

 I would like to nominate Tom, N0AG for the KCDXC Vice President. Tom have chaired Constitutional committee and did a very good job there. 
 
 We did not elect secretary. I would propose either Bob or Judy Brown to step up and accept nomination.

 We may vote on 'refreshment' spending in Dayton as well, but I need to know first on what we have left from last trip. Can someone please let me know?
