To all members:
At the June 29th meeting of the KCDX Club in accordance with the club constitution      A motion was made and seconded to remove Alex (KU1CW) as president of the KCDX Club.  In accordance with By-Laws, a quorum being present, a vote was taken and a majority voted to present the issue to the full KCDX Club membership for a vote.  As specified in the constitution under article III.VI and By-Law 7 a 3/4 majority of the votes received from the club members is required to remove an officer of the club.  A committee was formed to oversee the voting procedure and that committee will report to the Secretary.  The committee will be chaired by Tom (N0AG) VP and have the following members: Bill (K0VBU), Duncan (KU0DM), Mike (AB0X) TREAS and Judy (N0NUT) SEC.
You will receive voting information and procedure from the committee in a few days.
