Jeff,

I was impressed with your presentations to the club and now I am impressed
with your insight into how we have been led under this presidency. I can't
find a flaw in your evaluation.

Members have expressed the same points you have brought up and none have
expressed the situation as clearly and eloquently as you have or in public
as you have.

Now you get a response, as I have many times from Alex, that totally ignores
your points and attacks you instead. Shame on you Alex.

Keep in mind that over the years Alex rarely attended any of the KCDXC
meetings and when he did, he was always "fashionably" late. Never offering
to do anything for the club. This is not "negativity" on my part, it's just
the way it was. Just because you are a "newer" member it does not make you
less important to the club.

I am incredibly tired of the petty fights. You are correct in calling for
unity in the club so we may move forward however the membership wants.

Even though many members have suggested to me that we impeach the president,
I'll to wait for election time this December. The membership will guarantee
a Merry Christmas for all.

Thank you very much for you dedication to the club and it's slightly
tarnished democratic process. Now, let's get that SOB Rob to rejoin the
club.

$15,

Lee, K0LW, KCDXC President Emeritus (A title I gave myself when the club had
a sense of humor, let's get it back).

Lead, Follow or Get Out of the Way!

 Jeff,
I hope that you know that ARRL Field Day is the main league event of the
year and more club members participate in it is better, for many reasons. FD
activities start Friday and end on Sunday, for many people. With meeting
being following Monday it's too much. To understand about K0GQ location you
should of read e-mail to the end were RARC original invitation is.

In general-Jeff as usual...firework of words and excitement, but when it
comes to do something little for the Club (treasurer) you are not there.
I'm most likely busier than you are with work and still do plenty of stuff
for the club. BTW-Rob was member of the club for few month of the last 15
years I'm with KCDXC-don't blame me for his character. Had issues with other
clubs and reflectors just recently as well.
You have been with a club for about a year yourself and you really did not
see club growing and improving in any way? Strange.
About W0DXCC-I stated my position clearly more than once-multiple W0 clubs
and investors must be involved in order for this event to be successful.
Anyways-you was busy for the club-will you find some time for the W0DXCC?
 Alex
