Jeff, I was born in Texas and lived in Kansas for 32 years. I will always be
a member of KCDXC and have busted my butt for this group and most of the
time it's behind the scenes. I am not looking for a pat on the back, just
want things to go fine. Did not know you lived in Texas.
Rick

Alex,

While I was born in Kansas and lived here the first 25 years, I lived in
Texas the last 22 years. There is no more stubborn mindset there than in
any other state.

While I am not agreeing or disagreeing with the comments of Rick, may I
point out that I don't believe that anyone has taken advantage of your
country of origin or cultural heritage.

Yet rather than writing to diffuse the message, you choose to escalate with
generalization about that guys state of residence. What is next? Comments
about the guys front yard or car or mother?

The reason the entire problem is here is because of your ability to
inadvertently piss guys off. I don't think you try to do it - it's just
part of your natural list of talents in the same way digging out the weak
one is.

This entire mess reminds me of the story of the frog and the scorpion.
Pissing people off is just part of your nature. But it is a terminal
character flaw for a guy leading a non-profit volunteer based organization.

You may be done with me, but we are not done with you if you still launch BS
at me like this.

Rick,
I think that I'm done with name calling and non-constructive criticism
coming from you... no need to reply anymore for something like that. Couple
of people from TX would never accept any constructive changes-why waste
time?

....and why TX guys participate more than anyone else in this  campaign and
not so much in other productive club reflector activities?

TX is running campaign of signing new members just for this task, asking
people to vote certain way and one of them even have sent me draft om my
resignation letter!!! ....but still looking for the constitution of the 80's
though.

Let's listen to some balanced voices as well. Please stop running hate
messages.
Alex
