[KCDXC] FW: answer Duncan: DAYTON

-about 10 out of 65 members were present at the meetings
-meetings had no agenda broadcasted to general membership
-no Dayton committee was created to work on preparation
-proposals were not voted at the meetings
-proposals were not broadcasted to general membership via e-mail
-Proposals were not voted by general membership, but accepted by one or few
-secretary position did not exist (why?) for few years, so no records
-you was out to TX for the about 2-3(?)+ years and missed last 24 (36)+ meetings at least.
-fact that someone is not at the meeting should not be the reason not to communicate decisions to general membership in the 21th century and have a vote, if necessary.
-etc......
