Tom,
 I'm waiting for the meeting minutes from Judy or Smoke to be sent to the club. 
 March 1 sounds very reasonable to me for dues to be paid and waiting for Dayton to make it happen-is not.
 Let's wait a bit more for the meeting minutes.
 For people who missed the meeting-we have created two committees to work out some details: 
-constitutional
-finance

Was very good meeting.

 More details in meeting minutes or I will send my summaries of the meeting by tomorrow.
