Place:   Johnson County Library, big room
 Time:    6 to 8:30 pm
 Date:    Monday January 12, 2009


Agenda as follows:

•	Review of detailed expense reports/records/receipts for KCDXC financial
•	Year 2008 (Treasurer)

•	Review of detailed (not bank statement) record of all incomes, donations
              (By whom), contributions including annual dues (by
member) and additions
             donations which may have been made by any and all club
members and affiliates. (Treasurer)

•	Itemized receipts for all payments (reimbursements) made on the behalf of
               the KCDXC to it's members and officers (Club officers)

•	Review a detailed listing of current paid memberships and non-paid
                Memberships 2008 and current 'paid' status for 2009 (Treasurer)

•	Review in detail all other club non-cash assets, who has it, how we
handle them and store and secure them. (All members)

•	Open discussion of the clubs current and future accounting practices

•	Budget 2008 review and budget 2009 planning.


Also to discuss following proposals:

•	KCDXC tax liability

•	Account handling, minimum of 2 officers, SSN, FEIN etc.

•	Waive membership fee for members under 18 y.o.

•	Family membership-every additional family member from the same
household only $5,  Other family members $10

•	Annual membership dues $20, starting with 2009. I think it's more
convenient for cash payments and also will help to offset inflation.
