[KCDXC] KC DX Club Website now up

Hello all. After being down for almost a month (due to a hacking incident
that destroyed the former site) the new Kansas City DX Club website is up
and ready for preliminary review. Please read the info on the home page, as
it describes which sections are currently available and working. We have big
plans and high hopes for this website! Other sections will become operable
almost daily, and we will be adding more tabs for more topics as well.

The picture at the top of the page is a temporary placeholder, and unless
someone claims that it is their favorite DX location, it will soon disappear
and be replaced with a KC DX Club-themed header.

I would love to have your impressions and comments about the site...we are
still in "beta" mode!
