[KCDXC] KCDXC Pileup

Mike,
 Definitely not all 6 places, but may be one PC and 5
pencils for now?
At least try it to see how it's going to work. 
 80% of the pile up participants (100% of the top
20)are contesters-what is wrong with that? It's not
changing the rules but upgrading tools to the date and
be a bit more adaptive to the reality of our time.
There are no paper logs in DX pedition or contest for
the last decade.
 It may not work at all, but lets think about it.
