[KCDXC] KCDXC Pile up results on the WEB

I have given  the exam for the last several years. We have built our 
reputation on consistency. I do not favor changing to allow notebook 
computers to be used. I know many ops use them totally for contests now, 
but changing the format after all these years  is a big step.

If the club wants to change the rules and allow computers to be used, that 
is fine with me. I don't oppose it if the majority of the group wants to do 
it this way.  However, if this is done  I will have to bow out and let 
someone else be in charge of the testing.
