Sadly, K0GQ did not win MO.  We got beat out by those upstarts in
Independence, who were using a stolen call and were assisted by (as
rumor has it), someone named Alex, or Alec, or something like that.

I propose a new rule - Russians should be permitted to touch neither
vodka nor a radio during the Field Day period, from 1800Z Friday thru
2300Z Sunday.
