[KCDXC] WØ QSL Bureau OUT OF BUSINESS ???

Dave,
 I've received envelope with QSL's and note from the
ARRL Outgoing QSL Bureau on Jan 23 2007:

 "The W0 Bureau sent your cards to me at the ARRL
Outgoing Bureau. I didn't want them to get lost in the
system, so I thought it best to mail them direct to
you."

 W0 bureau is quite bad now. Rick was doing very, very
good job for years!
