[KCDXC] QST delivery

I've heard/read alot of comments about late QST delivery the past couple 
months.  The following is from ARRL's inhouse  (staff + board) weekly 
newsletter.  BTW I don't recall getting word of the earlier change in 
schedule.  Anyway now maybe we'll return to the more familiar schedule. BTW 
a couple years back a whole pallet of QSTs got lost by USPS and most of KS + 
some other areas were delayed 3 weeks or so. That will happen from time to 
time.....

A new schedule for QST production and delivery was introduced returning QST 
to an earlier mailing schedule, ensuring delivery to more mailboxes by 
mid-month (the month previous to the month of publication).
