To All,
I do indeed attest those were the "good ole' days" as Mike referred to
them. That's when the men were men; the women were good looking;
working DX was easier with a Godzilla product and we used "49" so much
that all one had to do was key the mike and based on the meter
reading, we knew who it was.
I must say, those days in KC and member of the KCDXC were some of the
best years I can recall....other than that year when I lived with that
geisha girl....well, that's a whole 'nother story.
What makes these videos important is that they were used to entertain
a room full of DXers and Contesters at the largest gathering of hams
anywhere in the world, Dayton.
I wish more than anything I could be there to relive those moments
with everyone.
Best 73,
Killer Watt Jim
