[KCDXC] Thanks Rick KBØU for taking care of the Zero Bureau

Rick,

Thanks for volunteering your time over the last several years to head up the
Zero Bureau.  I am just now getting to know the real Rick and here you are
moving to Washington.  You are yet another example of a person that some
people take for granted and do not realize what kind of good job they are
doing until they are gone.  Well, I would like to say Thank you before you
leave.

My family attended both the Missouri and Kansas ARRL State Conventions and
some of the talk during the forums was about what organization will head up
the Zero Bureau in the future.  There were some undercurrents about a
Minnosota group.  I am not volunteering, nor am I suggesting anyone else
volunteer, but what I will say is that I think the KCDX club will lose MUCHO
NOTORIETY when we lose the ZERO Bureau.

To make matters worse, you have been a major volunteer towards the success
of the KCDX Hospitality Suite each year at the Dayton Hamvention.  In the
future, we remaining club members may come to realize that you were one of
the major cornerstones of our clubs foundation.
