distinction of becoming the first to qualify for an
initial DXCC certificate using only LoTW "virtual QSL"
records. Another amateur--ARRL Midwest Division Vice
Director Bruce Frahm, K0BJ--used LoTW credits to
update his DXCC record and now has qualified for the
