Last nights meeting was about normal for our club, good to see

AA0MZ and Z32XX presented Alex, KU1CW with a hat that stated "The Man,
The Myth, The Legend". It is somehow appropriate.

Johnny, W0JM again reminded us that BPL is the greatest threat to Ham
Radio ever. Anything you can do to fight it will be a plus for the
future of the service (hobby). I put hobby in parentheses only as a
reminder, try to always refer to Ham Radio as a "service" and not a
hobby. A hobby is not nearly as necessary as a service. We are a
service when the chips are down.

And lastly, Bill, I hope your ears were burning last night. We did
talk about you and are collectively glad you are back home and on the
mend. You probably don't know that W0MCJ, Corey and W0OGE, Woog were
there at your side in Dayton too. They area both Paramedics with the
West Peculiar Fire Protection District. Woog made the first trip to
the front desk for oxygen. You were in good hands with W0MW, Steve and
W0GJ, Glenn. Damn, I'm glad they were all "Zeros".
