[KCDXC] Friday 20 Feb 2004 meeting

I would say the meeting last Friday nite was a success, we had quite a turnout and hopefully we picked up a new member or two. 

The program was a presention by ICOM on the new D-Star system.

I must commend the ones who slept during the presentation, they did manage to keep from snooring and waking each other up.
