Important Note: In order to open newsletters beginning with the November,
2002 edition, please be sure you are using at least the Adobe Acrobat Reader
version 5, available for free from Adobe. After you have downloaded and
installed the reader, go to Edit/Preferences. Then, from the list on the
left of that window click on "options". A list of various options will be
presented. Deselect (by clicking to clear the checkbox) the "Allow Fast Web
View" option. Then close the Acrobat reader and close your web browser. Now,
reopen your browser, come to this page, and you should be able to read the
newsletters.

I'm running Adobe 6.0.2 (18 May, 2004) and 'options' isn't on the list but,
'Allow fast web view' is on the 'Internet' choices selection

This option needs to be turned off for Internet Explorer(6.0.2), Netscape
(7.1) works with this feature on or off.
