[KCDXC] Zone 18 and 29

Hi Guys,

Looking at the map in Zone 29 & all I can find is Kangaroos and Water. 
Are there any hams there that you might point me to that I could work to
confirm Zone 29?  

Also looking at my Russian cards I find that I  have nothing from Zone
18, any thoughts?

And last but not least Zone 2.  Thought I had worked all the Canadian
provinces but somehow missed that one.

Then I have to track down the local card checker for WAZ Awards.  Some
guy named KB0-Ugly.  I have heard the name but I can't place the face.  I
will check the pictures at the Post Office the next time I go into town
for stamps.
