[KCDXC] Heil Sound

In an effort to improve our CW Pileup contest at Dayton, Bill (K0VBU)
and I decided to check with Bob Heil at Heil Sound to see if he could
help us with some better headsets than the Radio Shacks we have now.

Well, the ever gracious Bob Heil is going to help us in that area AND
he is donating a prize to be given away to a winner. This should be
the best ever Pileup Contest, don't miss it.
