3X     - Leo, UT1WL is currently working in Conakry
(Guinea) and has 
recently
          received the licence to operate as 3XY1L
during 2003. This is 
not  a
          DXpedition and Leo will be active (with a
battery powered rig 
mostly
          on 20 and 15 metres, but later on he will
try to be QRV on 40 
metres
          as well) as  time permits,  typically after 
18 UTC  and 
during  the
          weekends. He  also  plan  to  operate  from 
both  the  IOTA
