Yes. It's important not to delete any QSOs from your
log (this also true for any other contests you enter).
Your QSOs will be used to check other logs -- if
they're missing, the other stations lose credit for
QSOs they actually made.

Just submit your log as is. You'll lose credit for the
QSOs you made after 10 hours of operating time, but
you won't be disqualified. Your claimed score is not
used for log checking purposes, so it doesn't matter.
