The next 3 weeks have three decent "shorty" contests

North America QSO Party (100 Watts or less only!)
CW: 1800Z January 11 to 0600Z January 12, 2003 (10 Hours for Single Ops)
SSB: 1800Z January 18 to 0600Z January 19, 2003 (10 Hours for Single Ops)

CQ 160-Meter Contest, CW 2200Z, Jan 24 - 1600Z, Jan 26  (Nighttime Hours)

I know some of you have had enough of the contest scene... Here are this
months next batch of contests.
1st Up NAQP CW this weekend.. I'll try to get on (if I get my radios back
together) for at leat a part time effort.
The team competition is a little different here is a summary.
Team Competition: You may wish to form a team with fellow NAQP participants.
If so, your team must consist of 2 to 5 single operator stations whose
individual scores are combined to produce a team score.
Steve (K0OU generally teams up with other SMC members) are there 5 KCDXC
members that would like to form a team for either of these NAQP contests? We
can name them anything we want to ...
Teams must be registered with the appropriate contest manager PRIOR TO THE
START OF THE CONTEST. Team registration information must be in written form
(mail or e-mail) and must include the name, call sign of the operator, and
the call sign of the station operated if the operator is a guest at a
station other than his own (e.g. WF1B op at K1NG). If it is going to be we
need commitments early! I'll get the paperwork in if there is interest! Full
Time/ Part time.. doesn't matter just let me know if you're in and I'll get
it done. If there are more than 5 participants we'll form two teams!
