[KCDXC] AE9B/0 results and verbage

Congratulations to all of the AE9B operators and AK0A!
 I have not posted my results yet-had some problems
with PC's and WriteLog issued quite a few of a double
numbers, so will need to investigate and see what
needs to be done... The result so far is:

 With 'doubled' numbers Q is >1300, points should be
the same, but it may go down after Cabrillo...
 Anybody can tell me when do we have 20M (major and
secondary)openings to JA and EU? I missed it again in
this test and really need to do something about it...
