comments: My Father and Mother in law recently bought a home in
Independence, MO that has a large antenna on the house.  They were told it
was for HAM radio.  They are needing to put a new roof on their house and
the roofers requested it be removed before starting.  They would like to get
rid of it and/or sell it but have no idea what it's worth if anything.
