> My logging program is NOT Y2K compliant
Alan,
there is some software out on the Net that can convert
a log into the Cabrillo format...all the Cabrillo file is
is an ASCII file with some specific header info, like
the name and adr, club, etc. It is all arranged so that
the "robots" can read the file and do their thing with it.
If nothing else, one call turn any ASCII file output from
a logging program into a Cabrillo file by using a good
text editor and knowing what columns the QSO info goes in
and what the header sequence should be. It's easy once
a guy gets started with it and does a little experimenting!
It seems to me that I once used "WordPad" to do the
conversion....think the DOS's "EDIT" program might work
as well.
