[KCDXC] Center of the circle and upcoming contests

Well guys!

Just for education purposes:
The ARRL allows a 35 or 175 Mile radius for its contest (Local or Larger)
CQ allows a 275 Kilometer Radius (which is 170.87 Miles)

We're still looking for about 5 more operators for the 160M contest in
December.

This weekend is the Sweepstake SSB contest.
Next Weekend is CQWW CW

K0BJ (Colby, KS) is an avid contester and although the rules don't state
that the center of the circle needs to be in the general vacinity of the
club epicenter (Like Kansas City area), we would have to move the circle
over 100 miles to the west to include his scores in the club totals. I don't
personally know Bruce but it is evident from his score submittals that he
likes contesting. I don't think it is within the intent of the rules to
allow that type of adjustment. So, inless Bruce moves closer to KC or
contests inside the circle or in multi-ops his scores can not be submitted.
Let me know if I'm missing something here. I took everyones addresses of
QRZ. So hopefully they're accurate.
