It is very important that all sorters and would be sorters be at the next
meeting. New insert slips are now available. All sorters should do an all
out mailing before the June deadline. All out means, that if a guy has one
qsl, it should be mailed that month.

Please place on the agenda for our busy meeting Monday.
Discussion on the opportunity to run a contest from Associated Radio.
I have been in consultation with Dan regarding the (so called) impossible
task and he has been very enthusiastic.
Sometimes you just need to ask (and not assume).
Details need to be worked out to meet the needs of the club, as well as
meeting the not so demanding needs of  Dan.
I'll spearhead this effort since it was my idea (not that people didn't try
to discourage it).
Has the Secretary come up with a meeting program?
I'm looking forward to our new somewhat more active and open club meetings.
What's the topic?

Has anyone invited that "kid" that asked about the club at the hospitality
suite?
A personal EMail (I don't know who he is) from a club officer, inviting him
to attend our next meeting would be a good thing. Are there any others in
the area who could use a little encouragement from the new open and inviting
group?
John, Brad? I hope you can attend as well.
