[KCDXC] Fw: Hall of Fame

The nomination of W0AR for Hall of Fame Award,
          W0YR,  K0CS and I agreed about 3 months ago to write CQ and
nominate W0AR for the Hall of Fame Award. N8BJQ offered great advice on what
to say and how to document Lee's accomplishments. I created a KCDXC
stationary and drafted a club letter of nomination, that was attached to my
personal letter.  K0LW, KCDXC President, gladly endorsed the project and
added his own letter. All was sent to Bob Cox, K3EST, for final approval
from the CQ committee.
        I can't think of anyone more deserving  than W0AR for  this award.
More details  will be included in the next issue of the newsletter.
       It's great to have one of our own recognized as a Hall of Famer!
