WPX is not an ARRL contest it is a CQ contest so ARRL affiliation is not
necessary for this contest.
Someone should read the club competition rules... and find out how many
participants there will be.. and figure out what category we'll be
entering... if, for example 10 members equals local club and we have eleven
entries.. we may be in another category..
