Hi Guys,

Looking at the 2002 Field Day Rules I find a 100 point bonus for
originating an NTS style message to the ARRL Section Manager.

I found the "Format" for the message on the ARRL Web Site, my question,
strange as it may sound, is how do we send the message?  I guess my first
thought would be via E-Mail to the address in QRZ, or via Snail Mail, but
I get the feeling that HF/VHF radio is supposed to come into the picture
somehow.

Anyone with experience in this can help with this question?
