Alan,
 When I was ready to set my tower up-I did call K.C.
zonning office and asked them. Answer was: 60FT and
1/3 of the height (20ft) from the property line.
 Call the office, tell them that you are Lee Ward and
you are going to move to Oak Grove...(Hi-Hi)
 You may be perfectly legal, but if not-build without
permit.
