To all "World Class" Zero District DXers,

The Zero Buro just received an envelope from AP2IA that was torn open
and cards were gone. I am posting a pix of the envelope for you to cry
over if you have worked him. Look for the pix on the KCDX Club site in
a day or two at
http://www.qsl.net/kcdxc/ (follow the Buro path)
where you can see the Post Office stamped
note. Fortunately, this happens more often with an envelope broken
open and the PO tapes it shut with what's left. We never know for sure
if any were lost.  This one is obvious.

Pass this on to other clubs if you can.
