[KCDXC] Why Kansas?

Was wondering...
The club is listed as an ARRL  Affiliated club in Kansas.
I recognize the issue but wonder.. other than Rick's Address
What has the history of the club indictated in terms of address?
Also wonder if we could coerce (sp) the ARRL to list KCDXC as both KS and
MO.
If a guy moves to say.. Odessa from Oklahoma and is looking for a club.. he
may miss the fact that KCDXC exists if it is listed in Kansas.
