[KCDXC] Club's 50th Anniversary and some ideas

I was thinking, since this is the club's 50th anniversary, should we put on
a special event station celebrating this event?
Along those lines, maybe it is time to get a club call (someone mentioned
it, sri I can't remember who), then request a vanity call POSSIBLY from one
of the founding members who are no longer with us. We could request  a WPX
club call as another idea. IF we go the club call route, ALL members could
use and then we could offer a certificate for stations who work us. The
certificate would be easy to make on a PC or we could have a printer make
them (Charlie?? ).

Think about it, it may be something to get us thru the summer months
(besides chasing P5 and 7O)

And besides Lee W0AR, and Norm LeBlond who were the original members?
