[KCDXC] Log Format

Hi All,

I didn't realize that the address "IARUHF@IARU.ORG" goes to the ARRL HQ.

I sent the "LOG" electronically using the "WriteLog" command from CT
Ver9.  This was not Cabrillo enough for the Robot server.  AM I supposed
to use the "WRITEARRL" to generate this log in ARRL format??

Usually I just work the contest for NEW COUNTRIES have never been much
into sending in logs.  HELP ME I am still learning
