[KCDXC] Info for the list

I was informed by EMail from Chuck K0XM that I was the new list
administrator.
I did not request the position nor did I feel this to be an acceptable way
to complete a transaction of this position. I have familiarized myself with
the Admin interface and would have no problem handling these duties however,
due to the series of events which brought this all about, I don't feel I
should be handling these potentially sensitive issues including removal from
the list or censure due to perceived violation of list rules. I have
discussed this with Lee and have found an excellent replacement who has
already warned me that he wouldn't put up with any bull. Rick Parent, W0ZAP
will be handling the duties after we make arrangements with QSL.net for the
exchange. I'm sure Rick will be very fair in handling the club reflector. He
is in almost continuous contact with computers during the day including his
career and is extremely capable. After a brief period of familiarization
with the admin interface, I'm sure Rick will be making contact with the list
in his new duties as List Admin. For now.. it has been thrust upon me and I
will handle as well as I can and make judgements as I see fit. Mind you
manners... and looking forward to Saturday's Event.
