[KCDXC] Associated Radio

If Lee doesn't want us to use W0AssociatedRadio, we not only will not use
them but we can not use them.  It's Lee's call, (both letters & choice).

Also, with this being a DX contest we had better use standard phonetics
so the DX stations will understand them.
