I talked to one of the officers of the ARRL and he didn't see any problem
with it.
I also recieved info from the 9 bureau... similar to what you got.
Looks like we're not the only one's thinking of doing this.. most already
have.
Rick is aware of it.. now we need to decide how we'll get it done as Rick
has already paid for the last batch of printing. I believe there's dicusion
about having a ZERO convention sponsored by the Zero bureau club (KCDXC)
