[KCDXC] KCDXClub + VQ9

I just received this nice message today:

"I am an Old Member of the KC DX Club my American call is WD0HSP.

     I want to announce that I picked up a Civ Job for the US Navy on the
Island Of Diego Garcia and my call sign is VQ9LA I will be active for the
next year and hope to work some of my Fellow KC Dx members on the Bands
working 160 meter to 6 meters here. I can try Skeds if someone needs VQ9 for
thier awards. I always call zeros first on the Pile Ups. Been working a lot
of state side very few KC stations. Many Omaha Stations. Will be on 17
meters SSB Christmas Eve Night and Christmas Night Diego Garcia Time. That
is -12 hours for Kc  around 10 in the morning Kc time.
