[KCDXC] Reflector changes..

I have taken it upon myself to change one of the parameters of our
reflector.
Last year some time the question was asked whether the reflector should be
directed back to itself or the individual poster.
There was a concensus at that time that "Due to the lack of activity" ..
back to the reflector wouldn't bother anyone (we all knew where the delete
button was). I have taken it upon myself to change that parameter to reply
to the "original poster" so if you hit reply.. the reply will be directed to
the original poster. If you hit Reply All it will go to the poster and the
reflector.
This should reduce the amount of overall traffic and perhaps it will remind
us all that we need to be sensitive to the Subscribers and if you have some
direct comments to direct them to the individuals.
I'm perhaps the biggest abuser of this.. as there are messages via links
that have little or no information on the link Subject.
Might I suggest.. that the heading or subject line be relatively speaking
the topic of the message enclosed?
For example Russian 160M Contest...=
                                   10M Results.. =
It's not a new idea but something to remember. Sometimes as Bill has so
eloquently explained.. we jump back into the conversation with a new "novel"
and the original subject is no longer the topic. As the topic changes we
need to change the subject line. That's all for now. If you want it to go
back to the Reflector.. you'll have to fight me at the next meeting. I just
think it is the right thing to do at this time.
