[KCDXC] How to encourage KS?

Well, since I am IN Wyandotte County, along with AB0X, we can FULLY attest
to one thing. WE SEE NOTHING FROM THESE MERCHANTS. Contrary to what you may
have seen or heard, the money is going into somebody's pocket....surely not
mine.
