[KCDXC] Cabrillo Log Conversion

I found a real good shareware program (cuz I'm cheap)
for converting old files to the cabrillo format for
email submissions to ARRL.  Even if you don't need it,
note where it is so the next time a cheap guy like me
asks where a good conversion program is, you can tell
them.
