KCDXC'ers
The10M contest should provide a contrast to last weekend.
+No need for Big Antennas
+No need for High Power
+No need to stay up all night
+Choose either SSB or CW or BOTH (mixed)
+Run H.P, L.P, QRP
For maximum club points.. for those who are interested in scoring a maximum
amount of points and not winning their category. Choose Multi-Single and
chase around the multipliers. This would help the total club score because..
their is no classification difference when a club score is submitted.
Example: all members choose QRP score 100 pts, all members choose HP score
1000 pts. All membersh choose MultiSingle score 10,000 pts. In this one
choose what you wish and have fun. If you're looking for new countries etc.
let me recommend Multi Single w/ packet help (unless you're a purist)
See the rules HERE> http://www.arrl.org/contests/rules/2002/10-meters.html
Dave, KG0US and I have had a friendly competition for the last couple of
years but I don't think I can compete with him this year. I'll be off at
company X-Mas party Friday evening, Marty is talking about doing some
running around Saturday for preparation for our plans to travel up to North
Dakota in January.
Now for the sign-up list:
