I recieved the following EMail from George V73GT after inquiring about his
post on DXSUMMIT.
Thought someone might be interested

"Thanks for sending the e-mail.

Sunset here was about a half an hour _after_ I spotted you. At that time I
was just listening. With the way the asymmetrical  propagation is out here I
can start hearing west coast stations long before I can start working them.
One time I was hearing west coast Broadcast Band stations 2 Hours before my
local sunset! I was planning on doing some casual operating in the 160 test,
but could not get the 160 antenna to take power, shucks! So all I did was
listen and send a few spots. Was good to hear signals on the band!
