Yep, outta date...Lew Gordon, K4VX gave a talk at our KCDX
meeting quite a few years ago...sed the DX window was 1.830 - 1.850
and some of us told him that was just too much spectrum since the
band was so crowded during contests...a short time later the
rules were changed to the present 1830-1835 KHz.
