[KCDXC] Club meeting and some changes

Hi everyone.....
For those of you who could not make the meeting, (and those that did), here
are some changes that will be appearing:
1) ALL replies to a message on the email reflector WILL GO BACK TO THE
REFLECTOR. In the past, it used to go just to the originator of the message.
2) Upcoming contests will be posted on here to alert everyone well in time
for the contests. I will snip the info from the various bulletins and post
it in a separate email so we will know what is on that weekend.
3) the newsletter will be posted on the internet in PDF format (this is what
is used by the free acrobat reader and is a format widely used for documents
on the net.). This will be posted on the club webpage at:
http://www.qsl.net/kcdxc

4)The web page and membership list will be updated by Bill, K0VBU. If you
have ANYTHING you would like to see on the web page, email Bill at:
k0vbu@qsl.net

As of tonite, the reflector has 42 members!!!
Please feel free to use it, and post questions or ideas. This reflector is
here for YOU to use. Don't hesitate. Also, if there are ANY questions or

REMINDER!!!
For those that subscribed tonite.....all email to the list MUST BE IN PLAIN
TEXT!!!
That means no attachments, no HTML formatting...etc...just a basic message.

Also, the great and fantastic gentleman who makes this reflector and SO much
more possible on qth.net and qsl.net, Al Walker K3TKJ, will be rcving the
Dayton Technical Excellence Award this year. If you are going to Dayton,
look him up and give him a BIG thanks. His efforts are very appreciated (and
a donation wouldn't hurt either, hihi).
